6th/7th Grade Parents Needed for High School Night--Nov 2

Hoover's annual high school night will be held Wednesday, November 2nd at 6:30pm in the Hoover Auditorium. 8th grade parents will need to attend this event, so this is a special opportunity for 6th and 7th grade families to help out the older students. Help sign up new PTA members, sell t-shirts and sweatshirts and more.

Ditto Brigade needs volunteers
Monday's and Wednesday's

Helps the office staff at Hoover by photocopying classroom materials requested by teachers. The copying is done at school any time between 8am and 4pm. Contact Jenny Lee if you can help.

Main Office Brigade

Help in the main office at the counter to answer questions. If you don't know the answer, Cecelia or Paul will be able to help. Times needed: 9-9:30am or 9-10am, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri., or 9:30-10 on Wed. They would like one volunteer per day. Contact Jenny Lee if you can help.

Mr. Gilmore at gilmorej@sfusd.edu is our School Loop go-to teacher. He is helping the teachers, students and our community use this great resource and could use some parent volunteers to help other parents get on to School Loop. Please email him if you are interested.

Volunteers Needed Throughout The Year. Parents can help in a variety of ways and will not be left on their own to supervise students. More than one person may volunteer for each of these jobs.
